Fernforf comes out October 7. From what I've heard, it's more fleshed out than 2007's superb Room to Expand, with gorgeous string arrangements and an overall less improvisatory feel. At the heart of the music are still Volker Bertelmann’s virtuosic manipulations of his prepared piano.
